Win It: An Award-Winning Community That Feels Like Home

And the award goes to…Blossom Plaza!

In a season of awards, the apartments at Blossom Plaza won Gold for Best Mixed-Use Project at the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2017 Commercial Real Estate Awards and was recognized at The 16th Annual Downtowners of Distinction Awards as a “project that made DTLA better in 2016”.

First of all, we’d like to thank all the people that made our recognition possible, from former First District City Councilman Ed Reyes and his team, architecture firms Johnson Fain and Togawa Smith Martin, contracting firm Morely Builders and developer Forest City, who were all instrumental in getting this community built.

But the accolades definitely don’t stop there. We know it takes a village to make a community. And everyone who lives and works in and around Blossom Plaza in Chinatown, LA, deserves a portion of the credit for making this neighborhood so special.

Thanks.

And if you haven’t been to Blossom Plaza apartments in DTLA yet, isn’t it time you explored our award-winning community? You’ll find plenty of things that make living in DTLA great. You might even find a new place to call home.
